RSRVIN Purchase Policy

This Purchase Policy applies to all venue reservations, event ticket purchases, and payment transactions made through the RSRVIN Platform (https://www.rsrvin.com). It supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, both of which apply alongside this policy. In the event of any conflict between this Purchase Policy and the Terms of Use on a purchase or payment matter, this Purchase Policy takes precedence.
Any person who purchases, holds, or uses a ticket or reservation through the Platform is deemed to have read, accepted, and agreed to comply with this Purchase Policy.
1. About RSRVIN and This Policy
1.1 RSRVIN Technologies Ltd (company number HE 463899) ('RSRVIN', 'we', 'us', 'our') is a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, with registered office at Pandoras 26, Larnaca, 6042, Cyprus. You can contact us at [email protected].
1.2 The Platform connects Users ('you') with Venue Owners and Event Organisers (collectively, 'Hosts') who list their venues and events on the Platform. RSRVIN facilitates reservations and ticket sales as an intermediary. Our services are separate and distinct from those provided by the Hosts.
2. RSRVIN as Disclosed Commercial Agent
2.1 RSRVIN concludes the sale of tickets as a disclosed commercial agent on behalf of the relevant Event Organiser. The contract of purchase is formed directly between you and the Event Organiser. RSRVIN is not a party to that contract.
2.2 Any purchase of tickets through the Platform is also subject to the Event Organiser's own terms and conditions and sales policies, which will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. The Event Organiser is solely responsible for the event, including its content, delivery, operation, health and safety, cancellation, and refund policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law. RSRVIN does not guarantee the performance, quality, or availability of any event.
2.3 For venue reservations, RSRVIN acts as an intermediary facilitating the reservation on behalf of the Venue Owner. The arrangement is directly between you and the Venue Owner. RSRVIN is not a party to that arrangement.
2.4 RSRVIN collects payment on behalf of the relevant Host and holds ticket proceeds on behalf of the Event Organiser until settlement. This does not make RSRVIN a party to the underlying transaction.
2.5 Any complaint relating to the quality, delivery, safety, or conduct of any Host's services must be raised directly with the relevant Host. RSRVIN will assist in facilitating communication where appropriate but is not liable for a Host's acts or omissions.
3. Ordering Tickets and Reservations
3.1 When you place an order for a ticket or reservation, you are making an offer to purchase or book subject to these terms. All tickets and reservation slots are subject to availability. Where RSRVIN accepts your order, confirmation will be sent to you via in-app message and/or email.
3.2 A ticket is not valid until your payment has been completed and received in full.
3.3 All purchases are subject to payment verification and security checks carried out by our Payment Solution Provider. A transaction may be declined or cancelled if it does not pass these checks. RSRVIN cannot hold or reserve tickets pending the outcome of a failed verification.
3.4 RSRVIN and/or the Event Organiser may impose limits on the number of tickets that can be purchased per person, per payment card, or per account for a given event. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of any applicable limit without prior notice.
3.5 Whilst we take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on the Platform are accurate, errors may occur. If we identify a pricing error affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund.
3.6 You agree not to use any automated device, script, bot, or other unauthorised means to purchase tickets or make reservations. RSRVIN reserves the right to cancel any transaction reasonably suspected to have been made using such methods, without notice, and any tickets obtained will be void.
3.7 RSRVIN reserves the right to cancel bookings or reservations reasonably suspected to have been made fraudulently.
3.8 A ticket is a personal licence to attend the relevant event, issued by the Event Organiser. It remains the property of the Event Organiser and may be revoked at any time in accordance with the Event Organiser's terms. Tickets must be retained at all times during the event.
3.9 By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation, you agree to comply with this Purchase Policy and any rules set by the relevant Host. If you or any guest fails to comply, the Event Organiser, RSRVIN, or the venue operator may withdraw admission rights.
4. Venue Reservations
4.1 Making a Reservation
To make a reservation, select an available date, time, and seating option (where enabled by the Venue Owner). Availability is determined in real time based on information provided by the Venue Owner and is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.
4.2 Confirmation
Once your reservation is submitted, you will receive an immediate in-app notification confirming whether it has been accepted or rejected. Accepted reservations appear in your 'My RSRVIN' list. A Venue Owner may reject a reservation for operational reasons, and you will be notified in such cases.
4.3 Cancellation
You must cancel any reservation you cannot honour within the cancellation window set by the Venue Owner. This window will be displayed at the time of booking. You may cancel via the Platform or by contacting the Venue directly. Where the Venue Owner has set a specific cancellation policy (including any additional terms or conditions), this will be displayed at the time of booking.
4.4 No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation start time, your reservation may be handed to other guests and the Venue Owner may record you as a no-show. Where a Venue Owner applies a different arrival window or additional conditions, these will be displayed at the time of booking.
Upon arriving at the venue, you must notify the Host that you hold a reservation.
By using the Reservation Services, you agree to receive no-show notifications by email.
4.5 No-Show Record
Your account may be suspended if you are recorded as a no-show for four or more reservations within any 6-month period. If you receive a no-show notification in error, please contact us at [email protected]. RSRVIN makes all final no-show determinations at its sole discretion.
5. Event Tickets
5.1 Purchasing Tickets
To purchase a ticket, select the event and the available ticket type. Ticket availability is determined in real time. Completion of a purchase constitutes your acceptance of the Event Organiser's own terms and conditions, which will be displayed before you confirm the purchase.
5.2 Ticket Delivery
RSRVIN tickets are digital. Upon completion of your purchase, your ticket will appear in your 'My RSRVIN' list and a confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Your ticket includes a QR code for event entry. You are responsible for downloading and retaining access to your ticket. We cannot guarantee that confirmation emails will be received, and you will not be entitled to a refund solely because a confirmation email was not received.
For certain events, the Event Organiser may arrange an alternative admission format (such as a physical QR-code printout or on-site admission). Any such arrangement is at the Event Organiser's direction; in such cases admission is governed by the Event Organiser's own process.
5.3 Event Organiser's Responsibility
The Event Organiser is solely responsible for the event and its delivery. RSRVIN does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any event listed on the Platform. If you have concerns about an event before purchasing, you should contact the Event Organiser directly.
5.4 Admission
Rules of admission are determined by the Event Organiser and venue, and may include security searches, age verification, or other entry procedures. You will not be entitled to a refund if you or any guest is refused entry or ejected because of late arrival, failure to provide valid identification, or breach of the venue's or organiser's rules. Any ticket is a revocable licence and admission may be refused at the Event Organiser's or venue's discretion.
5.5 Non-Attendance
Failure to attend an event on time may result in your place being reallocated or your booking being cancelled at the discretion of the Host. RSRVIN is not liable for any loss arising from your non-attendance or late arrival.
5.6 Resale
Resale or attempted resale of tickets, whether through the Platform or by any other means, is prohibited. RSRVIN reserves the right to cancel any booking reasonably suspected of having been obtained for resale and to terminate the associated account. RSRVIN may introduce an official resale service in the future; until such time, no resale or transfer of tickets is permitted.
6. Refunds
6.1 Event cancellation. If an event is cancelled by the Event Organiser, you are entitled to a refund of the face value of your ticket. The service fee and payment processing fee charged on your purchase are non-refundable.
6.2 Event rescheduling. If an event is rescheduled or moved to a different venue, any refund entitlement is governed by the Event Organiser's own refund policy, which will be communicated to you. RSRVIN will process a refund only on the Event Organiser's express instruction. RSRVIN is not liable for the Event Organiser's decision.
6.3 All other refund requests. For any refund request not arising from an event cancellation, RSRVIN will forward your request to the Event Organiser. The Event Organiser will decide whether to approve or reject the request. RSRVIN will process a refund only on the Event Organiser's express instruction. RSRVIN has no independent obligation to refund you.
6.4 How to request a refund. All refund requests must be submitted to RSRVIN by email to [email protected] no later than 14 days after the date of the event. We reserve the right to decline requests received after this period.
6.5 Refund method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account. If a refund is sent to a closed account, it is your responsibility to resolve this with your bank.
6.6 No refunds for the following:
(a) Lost or stolen tickets after they have been made available to you.
(b) Failure to attend the event or non-arrival.
(c) Errors made by you when purchasing (including selecting the wrong date, quantity, or ticket type).
(d) Inability to attend for reasons stated in the event listing at the time of purchase.
(e) Inability to locate tickets due to confusion between multiple accounts.
6.7 It is your responsibility to check the event listing carefully before purchasing. It is also your responsibility to check whether an event is proceeding as scheduled. RSRVIN cannot guarantee that it will notify you of all event changes made by the Event Organiser.
6.8 RSRVIN is not responsible for refunding any costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, or other expenses in connection with an event, regardless of any change to or cancellation of that event.
7. Fees and Pricing
7.1 The ticket price displayed on the event listing is the face value set by the Event Organiser. Before you confirm your purchase, a full price breakdown will be shown, including:
- Face value — the ticket price set by the Event Organiser;
- Service fee — RSRVIN's charge for facilitating the sale; and
- Processing fee — the charge of the Payment Solution Provider for processing your payment.
7.2 The service fee and processing fee are non-refundable in all circumstances, including where an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
7.3 Whilst we take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, if a pricing error is identified affecting your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
8. Payment
8.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through our third-party Payment Solution Provider. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are legally authorised to use that payment method and that sufficient funds or credit are available. Payment details are entered directly into the Payment Solution Provider's interface; RSRVIN does not collect, store, or manage your payment card details.
8.2 Verification
All transactions are subject to security and fraud verification checks. A transaction may be declined or cancelled if it does not pass these checks. RSRVIN is not responsible for any loss arising from a declined transaction.
8.3 Failed Payments
RSRVIN is not liable for payments that cannot be completed due to: (a) insufficient funds or credit; (b) incorrect payment details; (c) an expired card; or (d) circumstances beyond our control. If a payment cannot be completed through the Platform, you remain responsible for any amounts owed.
8.4 Receipts
An electronic receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your account upon completion of a payment. You may print or save copies. If you require a paper receipt, please request one from the Host at the time of your visit.
8.5 Payment Disputes
RSRVIN is not responsible for overcharges or payment disputes arising from a Host's services. Such disputes must be resolved directly with the relevant Host.
9. Liability
9.1 You and your guests are responsible for your own safety when attending any venue or event. You must comply with any safety regulations, announcements, and reasonable instructions of staff or officials at the venue.
9.2 You are responsible for making your own travel and accommodation arrangements to attend any event or venue. Unless expressly stated in the event listing, travel and accommodation are not included.
9.3 Subject to clause 9.4, RSRVIN's maximum liability to you under this Purchase Policy is limited to a refund of the face value of the relevant ticket. RSRVIN and the Event Organiser are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, or any other loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.
9.4 Nothing in this Purchase Policy limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Cyprus or EU law.
9.5 Any claim against RSRVIN under this Purchase Policy must be submitted within 6 months of the date of the relevant event, failing which RSRVIN shall have no liability in respect of that claim.
9.6 This Purchase Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Cyprus or EU law.
10. Personal Data
Information about you collected in connection with a purchase is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://info.rsrvin.com/privacypolicy.
11. Complaints
11.1 For any queries or complaints relating to a reservation, purchase, or this Purchase Policy, contact us at [email protected], quoting the relevant order reference.
11.2 Because RSRVIN acts as agent for Event Organisers, we may need to consult with the relevant Event Organiser before responding to a complaint. We aim to respond as promptly as possible; some complaints may take up to 28 days to resolve.
11.3 Where a dispute arises, RSRVIN will use reasonable efforts to consult in good faith with you and the relevant Event Organiser to reach a fair resolution.
12. General
12.1 If any provision of this Purchase Policy is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12.2 This Purchase Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
